2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only available for paid plans (Monthly or Yearly) purchased directly through SMURL.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • Refunds are not available for free plans or after significant usage of the paid plan (e.g., shortening more than 10 URLs after upgrade).
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these criteria.

3. How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your account email, payment ID, and reason for the refund request.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

4. Important Notes

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.
  • Repeated refund requests or abuse of the refund policy may result in account suspension.
